All Warmup products feature market-leading guarantees for you and the end-users peace of mind. Warmup’s SafetyNet Guarantee helps to cover you against accidental damage that may occur during the installation process.

If you make a mistake installing one of our electric underfloor heating systems, you can reach out to Warmup for a one-time-only cable or mat replacement.

For Our PROs

Exclusive to Warmup PRO, the Super SafetyNet allows up to three additional SafetyNet replacements. For each level of training completed, you will receive an additional SafetyNet Guarantee.

How to Claim

If an accident occurs during the installation process where you need to replace your system, simply send us an email with the following information:

• The email address associated with your Warmup PRO account
• Pictures of the installation/damaged heating element
• The part number of the heating element that needs to be replaced
• The address that the replacement will be shipped to

Our team will verify your information and get a replacement shipped out to you ASAP.
