Super SafetyNet Guarantee
With our “standard” SafetyNet Guarantee, you are protected in the event of accidental damage to the heating element while installing the system. Warmup will replace the damaged cable free of charge, one time only.
As a Warmup PRO, you will be eligible for the Super SafetyNet Guarantee!
As you progress through the levels of training, the number of SafetyNets you have available will increase. At our highest level of training, you can get a free replacement for up to 4 instances of accidental damage to the heating element.
Simply send us photographic proof of the broken/damaged system, and we’ll get a replacement system sent out to your job site.
Free Expedited Shipping on SafetyNets
Mistakes happen and Warmup knows that it is important to meet the customer’s expectations with speed and quality on the job.
Our Level II and Level III Warmup PRO members will receive free expedited shipping on any Super SafetyNet items.
Labor Warranties
Warmup knows that things don’t always go as planned, so for our Warmup PROs exclusively, we will cover a portion of the labor cost for work related to warranty issues.
The higher your Level, the more we can cover!

Once you have completed the Warmup PRO training program, you will have the option to be set up on our website as a qualified Warmup PRO Installer.
This means that homeowners looking for people in their area to install their Warmup Underfloor Heating System will be able to reach out to you and ask you to help them get the job done. These jobs are opportunities coming from qualified leads.
